Fraud, poor customer service, did not received service paid for - Hotel Room


I went on the web to book a room at Embassy Suites. I thought I was on the company website. After booking what I thought was a room for $118.00 a piece for two rooms, I received a confirmation email from hotelsavings.com for the amount of $304.77. I didn't say anything as I must of over looked something.

On 5/2/14 I was attempting to check into changing my online reservation with hotelsavings.com. while on their link provided in their email my son(9months old) pushed a button. I then received an email stating my reservation had been canceled and if this was done in error to contact the number. The email was received at 7:19 am. I contacted the number at 7:22 am and was told that the reservation was canceled and could not be reinstated. I then was advised that I also would not be entitled to a refund. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told that there was not one available. I then attempted another number provided at 7:29am and was given the same response but was given a customer support email. I was told that a manager would call me and I did not receive a call.

I then contacted Embassy Suites who advised me that they cannot do anything as they sell the rooms to a company. I advised that I wanted to let them know about how my situation was handled.

I then sent a email to customer service on their website advising of the situation and either requested the service be provided or that they refund my money. I did not receive a response.

I then disputed the item on my credit card as I am not being provided the reservations that I paid for in the amount of $304.77.

At this point I feel that they cancelled my reservation and kept my money and refuse to respond to me.
